Job Description Job Description TIG WELDER/ FABRICATOR Help us bring horsepower to the people! Stainless Works is looking for talented Welders to help us meet the demand for our aftermarket exhaust products which includes our new systems for the Camaro, Mustang and Charger. As a Welder/Fabricator you will work on a variety of automotive products for both classic and late-model vehicles. We also get a lot of custom project cars in the shop, and work with some industry greats such as Discovery Channel's Street Outlaws and Stacey David's Gearz. Qualities We're Seeking: Fearlessly Technical We need the best. You are a born fabricator able to piece things together in a small lot setting. You have the ability to set-up, adjust and operate a variety of tools, machines and welding equipment including working knowledge of TIG and a variety of techniques. Confident Self-Starter Our Welders perform all duties with a constant eye toward maintaining a high standard of quality and improvement at all times. They give attention to the smallest detail, and have the ability to help integrate engineering, research and development, and production into a cohesive unit to satisfy the most discerning customers. Positive Ego-Free Attitude We are growing a team of all-stars within a variety of departments that need to effectively work together. We need talented team-players that are able to collaborate, which includes discussing ideas, sharing knowledge, and cross-training in a constructive manner. Training of junior welders is a key element for success. Productive The people that work best on our team are those that have an inner desire to bring quality to everything they do, while maintaining perspective that we also need to get work out the door. It's a fine balance between quality and efficiency, but always remembering that our customers deserve the best.
