? NOW HIRING: Weld Fitter ?

? Location: Aurora, OH
? Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday), 2nd Shift: 2:00PM - 12:30AM (Monday-Thursday)
? Type: Contract-to-Hire

? What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Measure, cut, and shape metal materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)
• Fit and align parts using clamps, fixtures, and hand tools
• Ensure proper fit-up before welding (alignment, spacing, angles)
• Inspect materials and assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Work closely with welders to meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

? Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core)
• Experience with structural steel, pipe, or plate fabrication
• Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)
• Strong attention to detail and math skills
• Ability to lift materials and work in an industrial setting

? Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school or apprenticeship preferred
• Welding certifications (AWS or similar) a plus

? Dress Code: Steel toe boots, jeans, t-shirt
