PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE *ALL* OF OUR JOB OPENINGS!Associate Director of Ad Operations & Media StrategyWhy You’ll Love This Role:Strategic impact: Lead Ad Ops and media strategy across top agencies and brands.End-to-end excellence: From setup to optimization, deliver measurable ROI.International reach: Collaborate with a global team and multi-market clients.Player-coach: Mentor talent while scaling best-in-class Ad Ops processes.What You’ll Do:Set up campaigns in ad servers/DSPs with correct tracking, targeting, and pacing; enforce QA and troubleshoot quickly.Manage and optimize multi-platform video/social/CTV campaigns (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, CTV) and other relevant platforms.Lead media planning & buying across programmatic, social, and direct channels.Act as primary POC: run kick-offs, reviews, and ongoing client check-ins.Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations.Collaborate with Sales to create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.Identify upsell/renewal opportunities and help expand accounts.Analyze campaign data and deliver regular performance reports.Partner with Analytics for accurate reporting, attribution, and actionable insights.Standardize SOPs to scale execution across accounts and markets.Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.Mentor junior team members and foster tight collaboration across teams.What You Bring:8–12+ years in Ad Ops, media strategy, or digital campaign management (agency or high-growth AdTech preferred).Proven experience across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and CTV.Strong command of ad tech (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, measurement/attribution) and optimization KPIs.Clear communicator, confident with senior stakeholders/C-suite.Team mentorship experience and excellent project management.Job-3636462*LI-TT1#LI-Hybrid
