THE ROLE SERVICE CONSULTANT As a Service Consultant, you are the bridge between our clients and our service team. You will help create an experience that feels organized, professional, transparent, and caring from start to finish. You’ll manage communication, coordinate repairs, quote jobs accurately, and help ensure every client feels informed and taken care of throughout the process. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. YOU’LL LOVE: Helping clients feel heard, informed, and cared for Managing multiple moving pieces while staying organized Working with a team that supports one another Building trust through honest communication Creating clarity in situations that could otherwise feel stressful Being part of a respected, family-owned dealership with deep community roots RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist service clients professionally and warmly Correctly quote and explain recommended repairs and maintenance Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process Coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams Manage workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Handle warranty and service contract submissions accurately Ensure documentation and repair orders are completed properly Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish Help contribute to a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture ABOUT YOU You are someone who: Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged Communicates clearly and proactively Can handle a heavy workload without becoming overwhelmed Thrives in structured, process-oriented environments Understands the importance of follow-up and follow-through Treats clients and teammates with respect Brings positivity and professionalism to work each day Works well under pressure and adapts quickly Values teamwork over ego Wants to grow personally and professionally Automotive service advisor experience is preferred. Experience with warranty or service contract administration is a plus.
