Customer Service Representative II

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be part of the customer communications and sales support function, helping connect external customers and the sales force to the right personnel. From the first call to the final page resolution, you’ll be the calm, reliable point of contact that keeps communication moving and supports outcomes that matter.

What's the Job?

• Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls.
• Send messages from internal and external customers to the sales force using pagers, cell phones, home phones, and other approved methods
• Escalate and close pages via backups when required
• Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information according to established procedures
• Support Quality Systems duties by building quality into daily work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements

What's Needed?

• HS Diploma/GED Diploma required
• 1 year with an associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Ability to handle high call volume while staying organized, accurate, and professional
• Strong communication skills and attention to procedure when triaging and routing requests

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite/AH, with remote full-time possible if training start time is at 12pm or later
• Structured training timeline: first 4 weeks hybrid (M-F 8am–4:30pm), then 3 weeks virtual (12p–8p)
• After training completion (estimated 3-4 months), permanent shift is Tuesday–Saturday (estimated hours could be 9a–5p)
