Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Our organization is in search of a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of plans.
- Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain high clinical and ethical standards throughout all interactions and services.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
- Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
This role may involve working in both home and center-based environments, providing flexibility in service delivery.
