Overview Pacific Clinics will be opening a high‑intensity, community‑based Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) program for adults age 18+ with serious mental illness (SMI) and complex needs. The program delivers “whatever‑it‑takes,” recovery‑oriented services primarily in the community to stabilize individuals, reduce hospitalizations and incarceration, prevent homelessness, and support long‑term recovery and community integration. Key Program Expectations 24/7 multidisciplinary care with field‑based engagement and crisis response Fidelity to evidence‑based models, including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Forensic ACT (FACT), Intensive Case Management (ICM), Individual Placement and Support (IPS), peer services, and Enhanced Community Health Worker (ECHW) services Integrated treatment for co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong coordination with housing providers, healthcare, justice systems, CARE Court, and other community partners Emphasis on Housing First, benefits assistance, employment supports, and meaningful activity Use of data‑driven outcomes, equity metrics, and performance‑based accountability Schedule M-F 9‑6 and as needed evenings, weekends, and holidays, or to support a crisis. Compensation We Offer The initial compensation for this position ranges from $77,143.00 – $94,876.00 per year; depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations. 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, and select Peer Certifications. 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions. Job Summary The Clinical Team Supervisor coordinates and supervises 6-8 therapists, case managers, and/or other clinical services staff as assigned by the Program Director. The role ensures staff provide mental health services including psycho‑diagnostic assessment, group and family therapy services, coordinates cases with funding sources/agencies, guarantees delivery of integrated behavioral healthcare, performs managerial duties, and participates in seminars and training opportunities. The Supervisor identifies staff training needs and ensures development and implementation. Responsibilities Ensures all supervisees provide an array of quality services to assist consumers in reaching their optimum level of functioning and improved quality of life. Provides supervision of clinical hours for staff pursuing licensure and ensures staff incorporate a consumer and family‑centered approach to services. Ensures all client assessments and treatment or case‑management service plans address impairments and strengths and are consistent with the consumer's diagnosis. Ensures consumers receive access to timely services including crisis intervention. Participates in recruitment, selection, hiring, and training of program staff. Provides routinely scheduled supervision and consultation to staff adhering to ethical/legal HIPAA standards of practice, Pacific Clinics mission, and core values. Participates in the development of program policies and procedures and, where applicable, completes CQI/QA projects and audits measured by spot checks and documentation review. Ensures charting and paperwork meet Agency, quality assurance, and funding source requirements. Ensures program productivity and latency standards are met through ongoing supervision addressing barriers as they arise. Attends all Agency meetings and in‑service trainings as required, collaborates and consults with community partners to ensure consumers' needs are met. Provides after‑hours on‑call crisis response/consultation and works with the treatment team to provide coordinated care services to clients and their families. Works with a multicultural team sensitive to the cultural and linguistic needs of the clients and families served. Interacts with other internal programs, clinical/support staff, and external sources such as school or community personnel as applicable. Models Pacific Clinics' approach, mission, and core values in all communication and correspondence. Communicates effectively within a culturally competent and diverse consumer population and promotes favorable interaction with managers, co‑workers, and others. Performs other duties as assigned and conducts family‑centered, strengths‑based, culturally competent individualized intakes/assessments. Considers substance abuse and/or co‑occurring disorders in treatment plans and completes Service and Coordination Plans, progress notes, and other DMH required documentation in a timely manner. Provides rehabilitative and, in some counties, therapy services to clients and/or their families to restore or maintain functional skills, daily living skills, social skills, medication compliance, and link to needed community services. Provides outreach, advocacy, and rehabilitative services for ongoing cases and crisis intervention. Provides case management, including obtaining client information, identifying needs and problems, and linking clients and their families to appropriate resources. Reviews clinical notes and billing documentation to ensure inclusion of all required information for regulatory billing requirements. Critically reviews and approves notes in a timely fashion. Guides staff and interns in the development of their work plans, assigned duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Performs managerial duties, including assigning and reviewing progress of assignments, conducting performance appraisals, and developing higher levels of expertise in staff members through education and seminars. Identifies staff training needs and ensures development and implementation and delivers training sessions to meet staff needs. Works closely with the QA department to support documentation compliance. Qualifications Master's Degree and three (3) or more years of relevant experience, including one to two years of post‑licensure supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership of other staff. Licensed clinician in one of the following categories: Marriage‑Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychologist, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Meets relevant state licensing requirements for billable services. Bilingual in the appropriate language for the Clinics' clients is highly desired and, in some instances, required. In some counties, bicultural knowledge and skills meet the requirement. Job Competencies People management, training, and staff development skills. Leadership skills. Case management skills.
