What You'll Do

Ensure financial reports are accurate and GAAP-compliant
Handle compensation accounting -including payroll, benefits, and tax-related accruals
Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts
Lead the month-end close process
Support SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls
Collaborate on strategic projects and work closely with internal teams and external auditors

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong background in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting is a big plus
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
A proactive mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
