What You'll Do

  Customer Service & Client Support

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll help provide a professional and positive experience for prospective and existing clients.

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

• Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
