Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Gardner, MA. Start date 08/10/2026 for Weeks on a 5x8 Evening shift in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,991 to $2,114 per week with zero guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and evaluate care plans and patient goals for Med Surg patients; reassess as needed and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver direct patient care per standards of care, policies, and procedures; respect patient dignity and provide patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
- Safely administer medications and IV therapies per orders; manage pain medications, reassess effectiveness, and perform medication reconciliation.
- Monitor cardiac rhythm and telemetry when indicated; identify abnormalities and escalate to the physician; provide ongoing education to patients and families.
- Document thoroughly and timely; report patient status to the care team to ensure continuity of care; supervise and delegate nursing interventions as appropriate.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licenses and Certifications: Current Massachusetts RN license; ACLS upon hire OR active BLS with ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire; PALS preferred
- Experience: 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred; 1 year Telemetry experience preferred; 1 year Pediatrics experience preferred
- Other: Ability to work in a hospital setting; active eligibility to work in the United States as required for a travel assignment
