Partner closely with the founder and leadership to translate vision into compelling, trend‑forward social content. Oversee social content that turns brand activations and cultural moments into engaging social‑first campaigns. Build and mentor a high‑performing social creative team. Drive a "yes and" creative mindset that embraces rapid execution while maintaining the highest quality standards. Collaborate with influencer marketing, field marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. Must‑Haves (Don’t Apply Without These) 6+ years of social creative leadership experience, preferably in consumer brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating trend‑forward social content and campaign work. Deep understanding of social platforms and current trends. Experience working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on, founder‑led environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
