Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance measurement tools.
• Basic graphic design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Core responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to achieve business goals.
• Content Marketing: Develop, plan, and execute content marketing strategies that engage target audiences, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including developing content calendars, posting, and engaging with the audience.
• SEO & SEM: Perform keyword research and optimize web pages, landing pages, and online content for SEO. Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure success and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing workflows.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve conversion rates on landing pages and ads through A/B testing and analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, design, and content, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and basic graphic design.
