The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $22.00 and $25.50 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities in accordance with the employer's applicable plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate automated plastic manufacturing equipment while maintaining production quality standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make machine adjustments to maximize uptime
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet customer specifications
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment as required
• Follow GMP, food safety, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Accurately document production activities and communicate equipment concerns

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, industrial maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable operating industrial manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide a basic set of hand tools
• Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Experience using powered industrial trucks
• Experience with tablet-based manufacturing applications
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as food, plastics, or packaging
