Position Responsibilities Identify, source, qualify, and present top level talent/candidates to our partners and clients. Utilize our database, resume banks, search engines, job fairs, social media, and other innovative ideas to identify quality candidates. Heavy telephone usage. Prescreen, interview, and extend offers to candidates. Ensure the applicant tracking system database is current and accurate. Be educated on all employment compliance regulations. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients, networking with individuals across the industry. Meet monthly goals and performance metrics set by Chipton-Ross recruitment standards. Develop and articulate technical acumen within specific disciplines.
