Now Hiring: Experienced Carpenters – Specializing in Decks & Outdoor Living Spaces

We’re looking for skilled Carpenters who take pride in building beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. From custom decks to porches, pergolas, and exterior upgrades, you'll play a key role in bringing homeowners' backyard visions to life.

If you’re hands-on, hardworking, and detail-oriented with experience in exterior carpentry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Build and install decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and other outdoor structures
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions with accuracy
• Frame, cut, and finish using wood, composite, and specialty materials
• Work with minimal supervision and take initiative on-site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Solve layout and measurement challenges with speed and accuracy
• Assist crew leaders and collaborate with team members to keep projects moving

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of carpentry experience, preferably focused on decks or outdoor construction
• Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and finishing techniques
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, climb, kneel, crawl, and maneuver materials
• Reliable, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and ability to keep them in safe working order
