Clinical Aide Could you be our next Clinical Aide at Mirmont Treatment Center? Overview As a Behavioral Health Clinical Aide, you will be a key component of our team ensuring our patients have a superior patient experience. You will provide guidance to patients regarding all aspects of their treatment day, serve as an active member of the treatment team, and contribute vital information to assessments, treatment plans, clinical formulations, progress notes, and continuing care planning. You will ensure patient safety at all levels of care and promote consistent accountability toward treatment norms, boundaries, and expectations. By monitoring and interacting appropriately with patients to assess mood and behaviors, you will help identify problem or high‑risk behaviors and assist the team with behavioral issues such as psychiatric, self‑harm, agitation, isolation, and aggression.
