Precision Quality Inspector (Machining)

Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on precision machined products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements Read and understand complex blueprints and operational sketches. Utilize various measurement tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, calipers, profilometers, optical comparators, height gages, indicators, bore gages, depth mics, and other precision instruments Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and procedures Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in quality assurance processes Delta does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role. The successful candidate will be required to perform a wide variety of Quality and technical tasks requiring thorough knowledge of manufacturing procedures and practice. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred. Previous related experience in quality assurance required, working with precision machined components.
