As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the coordination and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community festivals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
• Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown.
• Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
