Call Center Representative

Call Center Representative Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls. Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate. Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate. This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Pay range: (USD)19.43 hrly -(USD)26.17 hrly Required Skills & Experience: Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific) Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers Active listening providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution Required Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write) Compu-Vision Consulting
