We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, or chat communications. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use multiple software applications
