Call Center Representative

We are looking for an efficient and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our operations. In this role, you will act as the voice of our company, interacting directly with customers to address inquiries, troubleshoot complaints, and provide accurate product information. The ideal candidate possesses excellent listening skills, speaks clearly, handles high-stress environments with patience, and can quickly navigate software databases while engaging with callers. Key Responsibilities Call Handling: Manage large volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally, adhering to established script guidelines and communication policies. Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, research internal databases to find solutions, and resolve complaints on the first call whenever possible. Data Entry & Logging: Document details of all customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the company system immediately during or after the call. Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, promotions, and service policies to answer customer questions accurately. Escalation Management: Recognize complex customer issues that cannot be resolved immediately and route them efficiently to the appropriate supervisor or specialized tier-2 support team. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, clear diction, and active listening skills. Technical Proficiency: Ability to multitask by speaking with customers while simultaneously typing, navigating multiple computer screens, and using phone systems. Patience & Empathy: Strong emotional intelligence to handle frustrated, upset, or confused callers calmly and professionally. Speed & Accuracy: Strong typing skills and a high comfort level using internal software tools like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce , Zendesk , or HubSpot ).
