We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating shipment activities, providing timely order updates, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the shipment lifecycle.

How you create impact

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments according to customer requirements and service commitments.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely shipment updates.
• Accurately process and manage orders within company systems while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure successful shipment execution.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate service issues as needed to support customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of team and company objectives.

What we would like you to bring

• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with logistics or transportation systems is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
