Experienced Floor Tech
Henson Park Health & Rehab

Henson Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dependable and experienced Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team. This position is currently part-time with the possibility of full-time hours based on facility needs and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment

• Assist housekeeping staff as needed

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a floor tech in a healthcare or commercial setting

• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning solutions

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work weekends or evening shifts if needed
