What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services on inpatient rehab or acute care units
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for co-treatments in acute care
• Manage a patient load averaging 12 patients per shift
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under supervision
• Support patient mobility, ADLs, and functional recovery
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with facility standards

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehab or acute care settings

• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation or hospital units
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
