Key Responsibilities

• Perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist
• Treat patients using modalities and exercise in accordance with individual medical needs and an approved treatment plan
• Provide care across a broad patient population including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining the therapy department in a neat and orderly manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active Oklahoma state PTA license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel therapy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation workflows and documentation standards
