All Star Physical Therapy in Rancho Mirage, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment #CH About:

Compensation: $35 - $45/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $2500 sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
