Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Number of Beds : 20 · Patient Ratios : 4:1 · Unit staffing description – Unit Secretary, Nurse Externs (can start IVs), Patient Care Techs (can draw labs), Registered Nurses, Manger, Director · Type of equipment : ZOLL, Baxter pumps, GE telemetry monitors, imobile, Hillrom beds, Centrella Speciality beds, kangaroo pumps, Timpani and Inspire App (scheduling) · Documentation system: Expanse · Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, Holiday or hard to fill availability, 2 Mondays / 2 Fridays a schedule · Floating policy: can float to other Step- Downs (4:1- PSTU, CSU) Medsurg (6:1- ONC, CRPU, GSTU, NTU, MCU) · Patient Experience requirements: ACLS, Acute Care / Step-Down, Cardiac Drips (Dilt, Amio, Dobut, Milrinone, Nitro, etc), Post Cath without intervention, BIPAP/CPAP/ High Flow, Chest Tubes Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: ACLS About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
