**Embark on an Exciting Journey in Women's Health!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team with a 24-bed unit dedicated to providing exceptional care in labor, delivery, and postpartum settings. - Collaborate with a skilled team of 71 staff members, including labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, and management professionals. - Enjoy patient ratios designed for optimal care: - Labor: 1:1 (most of the time) - Post-partum: 5-6:1 - Nursery: 5-6:1 - Utilize advanced GE fetal monitors to ensure the highest quality of care. - Effectively document and manage patient information using Meditech and CPN. **What We’re Looking For:** - Must have: - At least 2 years of labor experience. - Preferred: - 2+ years of labor experience with a history of working in LDRP with high birth volumes. **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Conduct vaginal deliveries and C-sections. - Provide care for antepartum patients. - Support newborn and postpartum care. **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs - MIU nurses will proudly wear pink badges for infant security **Schedule & Availability:** - Every third weekend. - 12 hours of on-call duty per 4-week schedule. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
