Our headquarters at MARSILLI NORTH AMERICA INC is requiring a: MARKETING ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Be the subject matter expert for local marketing activities (events, materials, meetings). Create, review and deliver product demonstrations to effectively differentiate the product offering. Generate market awareness and provide direct support for sales opportunities. Supporting eighth fairs and conferences. Adapting and preparing slides for speeches and handouts. Improving the quality and usability of the customer list. Taking care of communication, local brand awareness and image of Marsilli on the internet. Managing platforms such as purchasing portals. Analyses based on the platforms. Taking part in general Marketing Projects: Proposing warmed-up prospects from different applications in proactive way. Finding companies producing for an interesting application. Qualifying them by analyses (has to be defined independently with Marsilli Marketing department in Italy. Preparing the prospects by contacting them and trying to enter (call, visits, etc). Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities and threats. DESIRE PROFILE: BS Administration, Economics, International Business, Marketing, Management/Intelligence, International Communication or similar. Past work experience in the field of “Marketing and Sales” is optional. Interest and enthusiasm in B2B Marketing. Strong analytical skills, passion for data deep dives to gain in-depth understanding of market and players. Responsiveness to daily/weekly reporting and good communication with team. Searching for new tasks independently, carrying tasks out independently. Structured and reliable work with high quality of results. Thinking in a flexible way, open-minded approach to the Marketing job. Open to travel for trade shows or Prospect/customer visits. Fluent Spanish and/or Italian is a plus. Open to add some additional tasks to be part of the job description. Position will be located Columbia, Maryland ,United States.
