Linder Turf & Tractor is committed to putting our customers first. Our parent company has been selling and servicing equipment since 1953. In 2018, we began our turf and tractor division, and since then, we've grown to 7 Kubota/Deutz Fahr branches in 3 states.

$2000 Sign-On Bonus- MUST LIVE in the OUTER BANKS AREA!

Essential Duties:

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and outdoor power equipment in the OUTER BANKS area.
• Test Equipment: Use test equipment for problem analysis and resolution.
• Training: Participate in required training programs.
• Documentation: Complete job notes, service reports, and work orders accurately.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deutz-Fahr, Kubota and competitive products.
• Customer Interaction: Conduct work professionally to maintain a positive company image.
• Safety: Follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
• Maintenance: Maintain the condition of vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates or Certificate in Diesel Technology preferred but not required.
• Experience: Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on Tractor and Agricultural equipment; familiarity with test equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Additional: Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record, computer experience a plus, willingness to work overtime or travel.
