Maintenance Director

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Greenville, NC is currently seeking a Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Director has the responsibility of ensuring the community is safe, well-maintained and esthetically pleasing. This role is also responsible for the completion of all projects and implementation of community maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO!

• Prepare rooms for incoming resident
• Repair light fixtures, furniture, & minor electrical & plumbing
• Ensure department is operating w/in budgetary guidelines
• Accurately maintain the community's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) program
• Ensure the building meets all fire and safety regulations
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Able to be on call for building issues that may arise

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
• Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
