Job Summary:
Brief overview of position
GreenChem Industries is seeking an organized, efficient, and reliable Accounts
Receivable (A/R) Staff Accountant with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
The A/R Staff Accountant is expected to handle communications with vendors,
customers, and internal departments. Additional duties include NetSuite record
maintenance, A/R processing and reports, issuing credits, recording customer deposits,
and providing overall accounting support. The ideal candidate should be self-
motivated, professional, courteous with strong computer skills with an understanding of
accounting and financial principles.
Detailed list of duties including but not limited to:
• Generate & Review Customer Invoices/Credits in timely manner and ensure proper
invoice classifications
• Resolve & Answer Customer A/R Inquires
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and make collection efforts towards them
• Post and report daily bank deposits, transfers, and journal entries
• Process day-to-day customer credit card payments
• Email monthly customer statements
• Review New Customer Paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Process credit
applications and gather Credit Reports, contact Bank/Trade References, and assist in
Credit Analysis for the COO.
• Create & Maintain Customer records and actively record any changes.

List of previous qualifying duties • College degree preferred
• Good understanding of Accounting Procedures and principles
• Computer Literacy, Proficient with Office Applications (Word/Excel), Windows
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• NetSuite Experience is a plus
