Clinical Nutrition Manager

Role Overview: The Clinical Nutrition Manager (Registered Dietitian) oversees all aspects of nutrition services within a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring a team of 2+ dietitians; provide evidence-based nutritional assessments and interventions for inpatient and outpatient care; educate patients, families, and staff on nutritional needs; manage clinical QAPI projects; document patient assessments; collaborate with physicians and staff on nutritional plans; ensure regulatory compliance through policy adherence and patient rounds. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Dietitian with current licensure; Bachelor's or Master's in Food and Nutrition or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience; knowledge of regulatory standards; strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills; proactive team player with professionalism and integrity.
