Short Term Rental Licensed Sales Agent

Who you work with matters.
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a specialty in short term rental properties while building a productive real estate business and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in working with investors, property owners, and buyers looking for income producing real estate.
You will learn how to identify potential short term rental opportunities, evaluate properties from an investment perspective, and help clients understand factors such as projected income, expenses, location, market demand, and potential returns. Through coaching and practical experience, you will strengthen your ability to communicate with investors and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop skills in lead generation, prospecting, investment analysis, client follow up, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. You will also learn how to build relationships with property owners and investors that can create repeat and referral opportunities.
The goal is to help you develop valuable knowledge within the short term rental market while building a long term real estate business centered on relationships, investment properties, and consistent client opportunities.
