Compensation:

$165,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate short-term rental investment opportunities to maximize client returns.

• Guide clients through the purchasing process with clear, actionable advice on market trends and cash flow.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and industry professionals.

• Analyze property data to provide clients with informed recommendations on potential investments.

• Collaborate with experienced team members to enhance your negotiation and transaction management skills.

• Implement effective prospecting strategies to grow a client base and career.

• Communicate complex investment strategies in a straightforward manner to empower client decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on short-term rental properties preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for investment opportunities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills to guide clients through successful transactions.
• Ability to communicate complex investment strategies in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Experience in prospecting and growing a client base through effective strategies.
• Licensed real estate agent in the state of California
