Physical Therapist - (New graduates are Accepted) - Little Falls, NJ

Locations available: Little Falls, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Structure & Schedule

• 35 hours of direct patient care per week
• 1 hour per week dedicated to team meetings and training (built into schedule)
• 59-64 patient visits per week (no high-volume 80+ visit expectations)
• 4 hours of protected documentation and professional growth time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through tests, examinations, and data analysis
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient care documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Licensed or license-eligible to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Previous healthcare or patient-care experience strongly preferred
