Tawil Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping patients recover, improve performance, and achieve their rehabilitation goals all while adding to the growth of the practice. This is a part-time position with possibility for future full-time role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and hands-on skills while being personable and engaging with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy experience required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sports performance or orthopedic experience is a plus
