3-day work week | Full-Time | $105K–$115K + Monthly Bonus Potential | Established Practice
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Jersey City NJ. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive treatment experience

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
• New Jersey Physical Therapy License
