Our rapidly growing, nationally acclaimed cancer institute is looking to recruit a full-time, fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist/Robotic Urologic Surgeon to join our team in Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA). We invite a Urologic Oncologist/Robotic Urologic Surgeon to become a member of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology. This role involves delivering patient-centered care in partnership with a distinguished team of nationally recognized physicians and healthcare professionals.

• This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Chief of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology.

• Deliver patient-focused care in collaboration with a well-established multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a cutting-edge outpatient clinic.

• Engage in a busy practice that encompasses Urologic Oncology, Robotic Surgery, and General Urology, supported by a solid and growing referral network.

• Work alongside wonderful colleagues within a broad Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology. Enjoy a collaborative team atmosphere with Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support to enhance patient care. You will be joining five other urologists and one APP at this location, with a total of 20 urologists in the Division.

• Opportunity to serve as faculty for our Urologic Oncology Fellowship program.

• Focus primarily on clinical responsibilities, comprising 90-95% of your role, with access to da Vinci DV5 and SP robotic systems.

• Contribute to the formulation of clinical trials and research initiatives.

• Engage in academic roles and participate in educational activities.

Position Benefits:

• Comprehensive benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan.

• Base Salary Range: $350,000 - $425,000 (Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels). This range pertains solely to base compensation for full-time employment and does not encompass incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience, training, hospital/community needs, and other factors.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional clinical skills with a commitment to building a practice and thinking programmatically.

• Candidates must possess an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree, have completed fellowship training in robotic surgery/urology, and be Board certified and/or eligible.

• Academic credentials consistent with the appointment as an Assistant (new Fellow) to Clinical Professor.

• Must have or be eligible to obtain the necessary license to practice.

• Possession of, or eligibility for, an unrestricted medical license in the State of California.
