AP Accountant

Your mission The AP Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records related to material management for Hiab Poland sp. z o.o. Key responsibilities Book and process accounting documents according to standards and policies Maintain timely and precise material accounting records and reports Resolve discrepancies in price, quantity, and documentation promptly Reconcile contractor balances and monitor payment accuracy Analyze purchase orders and account balances for assigned suppliers Manage documentation storage, archiving, and support inventory processes Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows and systems Operate within the ERP system to maintain data integrity and processes Adhere to all health, safety, and integrated management system regulations. What we are looking for Higher Education in Economics, Finance or Accounting Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, ideally within an international manufacturing environment Knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Office Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision, timeliness, and commitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Communicative proficiency in English.
