Cost Controller

Responsibilities Participate in the unit production costpreparation and ensure consistency in collaboration with the Technical Department; update changes in the information system accordingly. Calculate and analyze hourly rates. Contribute to impact analyses and project profitability studies. In case of deviations in cost price, margin, or plant results from budget targets, analyze root causes, define corrective actions, and monitor their implementation. Support the budgetary process. Ensure budget preparation in cooperation with other departments. Participate in monthly site reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., flash reports, monthly reporting, rolling forecasts), and reporting (CNQ). Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business objectives. Profile Degree in finance, controlling, economics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or finance within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and practical knowledge of Power BI, SAP, HFM, and BW. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with operations teams.
