Responsibilities As a Process Improvement Engineer at MORryde, you will assess areas for improvement, devise a plan, and execute it to enhance our manufacturing process quality standards. Success will come from taking initiative, being passionate in your stance, and rallying a team to ensure implemented practices endure. Key duties include: Creating quality documents for our Quality Management System (QMS) Overseeing inspection of new part releases from start to finish Verifying quality processes and leading remedial training when needed Conducting incident and nonconformance reviews, root cause analysis, and championing corrective actions Collaborating closely with Plant Managers, Engineering, Shop Floor Operations, and the Quality Department Supporting a team‑based approach to continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Analytical skillset Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross‑functional teams Basic use of measurement equipment Ability to interpret and read manufacturing prints Customer focused attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work within and lead a team Proactive approach to quality issues MORryde provides an environment that encourages growth and focuses on your strengths.
