CDR ProSource is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Associate to join our client's production and shipping team near Bristol, IN 46507 . We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented candidates with strong computer and data entry skills who can ensure products are accurately packaged, tracked, and prepared for shipment according to customer specifications.

Job Details

Location: Bristol, IN 46507
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished parts from the production line onto pallets.
• Scan finished products to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Enter and verify production data with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor computer data to ensure the correct products are assigned to the correct customer.
• Stack wood panels on skids according to customer-specific pallet patterns.
• Verify labels, quantities, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled work areas.
• Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or production issues to the team lead.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Operate a forklift when needed (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong computer and data entry skills are required. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for this role.
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar technology is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and customer-specific packaging requirements.
• Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
