Physical Therapist – Upper West Side Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Physical Therapist to join the team at our W82nd clinic on the upper west side. Role Overview Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises. Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Floor to waist, Waist to shoulder, Shoulder to overhead. Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’. Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys. Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#. Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#.
