The Compensation Manager will ensure our compensation offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives across all regions. This individual will collaborate with HR teams and senior leadership to design and implement effective compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide. You thrive in wanting to be the subject matter expert in compensation trends, regulatory requirements and communication of these areas to senior leadership What it takes: Bachelor’s degree in related field, 7+ years compensation administration and/or HR experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
