Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: - Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months. - Must be able to interpret EKGs.

Required Credentials: - Must pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer through Relias only, with a maximum of 2 attempts. - You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. - Pass/fail sterile field exam on day 1 of orientation.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: - D4 Neuro Tele unit with centralized telemetry. - Neuro post-surgical patients, post-cranis, spine, and CVAs post-TPA. - No vents and no ICP monitoring. - PCT support is 1 per 16 patients. - Charge nurse has no patient assignment; there is also a clinical supervisor in a management role. - No IV team.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - First to float; could float to sister facility MGMC.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
