Job Description The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for the direct implementation of therapy services within a clinic‑based environment. This full‑time, salaried role supports pediatric and adolescent clients on‑site at our Conroe facility and works closely with BCBAs, SLPs, and families to ensure each patient receives quality therapeutic care. Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and target developmental goals. Document, prepare and review a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis. Assess and facilitate the patient’s ROM, strength, coordination, need for and use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, functional mobility, and safety issues as related to the patient’s ADL performance needs. Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data. Evaluate the efficiency of the treatment. Demonstrate professional behavior. Show competence with crisis intervention. Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients preferred. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
