As a Full Time Medical Assistant at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center, you will have the opportunity to engage with patients both in person and over the phone, showcasing your excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor. You will play a crucial role in triaging patients, collecting and maintaining accurate health histories, ensuring pharmaceutical reconciliations are up to date, and obtaining vital signs to assist healthcare providers in delivering quality care. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of exam rooms and autoclaving of tools as well as coordinating the patient's journey to wellness seamlessly.

To excel in the role of Medical Assistant at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center, candidates must possess a certification in medical assisting or licensure in the healthcare field, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and patient care. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues. A strong knowledge of casting and DME fitting, along with proficiency in orthopedic terminology, will be beneficial in providing specialized care in an orthopedic setting.
