Assembly Technician

Assemblers **Must have experience with Body-In-White to be accepted for role.** Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity: A manufacturing company is looking for hands-on and hardworking assemblers to join their production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a robust benefits package once hired on permanently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in various stages of the assembly process. Support team members with tasks such as: Spot welding using manual welding guns Applying adhesives and sealants to designated areas Assisting in the installation of closures including doors, hoods, and fenders. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers. Requirements: Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred. Willingness to work in a physically active, team-based environment. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working with tools and around machinery. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
