The Role As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a significant product area from strategy through execution, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, and commercial teams to deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring deep customer engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and growth. Key responsibilities include: Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core business area Conducting customer discovery with fleet managers, drivers, and operational stakeholders Leading product development from concept through launch and optimisation Partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Support teams Using customer insights, market intelligence, and data to prioritise product investments Leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and execution Defining success metrics and measuring product impact through data-driven decision making Delivering intuitive experiences across web and mobile environments for users with varying levels of technical expertise The Candidate The ideal candidate will possess: 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environments Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy through to launch and adoption Strong customer discovery and user research experience A track record of delivering complex products through cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to drive product decisions Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology businesses Experience within transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet management, payments, fuel cards, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
